The Syrian Cancer Society launches a campaign for early detection of breast Cancer, on the occasion of Mother’s Day

Damascus, (ST) – The Syrian Cancer Society announced the launching of a campaign for early detection of breast cancer by conducting mammograms for women free of charge.

The Syrian Cancer Society specified the two days, Saturday and Monday, 20, 22 of this March for conducting a mammogram at the Al-Sham Medical Complex in the Mezzeh area in Damascus from 9 am to 2 pm

The Head of the society, Dr. Nada Numan, said in a statement to SANA that, the campaign aims to spread awareness of the importance of early detection of cancer, in addition to providing psychological support for patients.
