The Syrian badminton team won the first and second places for the 15 and 17 categories in the West Asian Championship for the teams that were held in Iraq.
Our team included players Raneem Al -Hasani, Nana Al -Zoubi, Muhammad Al -Rifai, Hossam Al -Din Rai, Alaa Al -Ansari and the coach Wassim Al -Dhamad.
It is noteworthy that teams from Syria, Iraq, Bahrain, Lebanon and Jordan participated in the championship.
