The Syrian Embassy in Moscow flies flag at half mast in solidarity with the mourning of the Russian people
Today, the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic in Moscow flew the flag at half mast lowered at the embassy headquarters in solidarity with the leadership of the Russian Federation and the Russian people, following the terrorist attack that occurred the day before yesterday in the Crocus Mall on the outskirts of the Russian capital.
This coincides with the national day of mourning declared in Russia for the victims of the terrorist attack.
Last night , President Vladimir Putin delivered a televised speech to the citizens of Russia, in which he declared March 24 th a national day of mourning in the country.
Russian television and radio channels cancelled their routine programs and limited their shows today to programs and films that talk about the national history of Russia.
The Federal Museums in Russia dedicated a minute of silence at twelve o’clock Moscow time on the National Day of Mourning for the victims of the terrorist attack.
