The Spirit of Eleanor” at the World Theater Celebration 2022″

Under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and in cooperation with the Directorate of Theaters and Music, the National Theater in Lattakia and the Directorate of Culture presented the play (Eleanor) on Dar al-Assad theater in Lattakia in the International Conservative Theater 2022, which was written by the Russian writer (Anatoly Vasilievich Luna Charsky)The work was directed by the artist Majd Yunus Ahmed and the actors were (Abdul Al-NasirMarqabi – ElisarKoussa – MajdYunus Ahmed) The performance continued until 30 March..

 

The play is from the short theatrical type.This type developed at the end of the nineteenth century, and the duration of this type of play ranges between twenty and fifty minutes, It is also characterized by its fast pace, one place, and a few  characters.

And the writer of the work (Anatoly Lunacharsky), a Russian national,  a politician, diplomat, journalist, actor and philosopher, and part of his writings were for the theater. He is also a literary critic.He died at the age of 58 because of a heart failure.
