The concerned authorities completed today, Thursday, the 3rd of February 2022 the process of settling the status of wanted persons in Kisweh district and its surroundings in the southern countryside of Damascus, after hundreds of people joined the process over the course of six days from launch. This comes within the framework of completing the settlement agreements proposed by the state in several governorates.
Amid easy and quick procedures, hundreds of fleeing civilians and military personnel and those who did not commit to the reserve and mandatory services have settled their conditions today in the city of Kisweh and the surrounding villages.
Head of the Municipal Council in Kisweh stated that “all those covered have had their status settled, including 1,400 people in the Zakia center and 810 in the Kiswah center, all of them are wanted civilians, fleeing soldiers and people who have failed the compulsory service,” noting that “there is great satisfaction among the people as a result of this achievement. The settlement marks the return of those covered by it to their normal lives.”
Those who have failed the compulsory military service, indicated that the settlement process was carried out with ease and, during the coming period, they will join the ranks of the Syrian Arab Army.
During a meeting that included representatives of the competent authorities and dignitaries of Kisweh district, the attendees emphasized the positive results generated by the settlement process, which would accelerate the process of advancing the recovery of society and returning it to a healthy state by providing the appropriate atmosphere and conditions for serious work in various fields within the framework of the nation’s building and reconstruction.
