The Secretary General of the Arab League warns of the consequences of the Israeli riot in the region

The secretary-general of the Arab League, Ahmed Abou al-Gheit, stressed that “Israel aims to blow up the situation in Syria and Lebanon through an irresponsible military escalation, with no purpose other than provocation; to serve narrow internal agendas at the expense of innocent lives and the stability of the region.

Jamal Rushdi, the official spokesman for the secretary-general, quoted Aboul Gheit as saying in a statement today: ” the wars waged by Israel on both the Occupied Palestinian territory, especially in the Gaza Strip, Lebanon and Syria, have entered a new stage of full orgy, and deliberately violate the signed agreements and oppress States and kill more civilians,” warning of “the consequences of global deficit to this audacity practiced by the occupation against all the meanings and controls represented by international law.
The Secretary-General of the Arab League stressed that Israel’s war machine does not seem to want to stop, as long as the occupying leaders insist on confronting their internal crises by exporting them abroad, noting that this situation has become open to all.
