The SDF militia storms Al-Shaddadi city in Hasaka, kidnaps several civilians

The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) militia on Saturday kidnapped a number of civilians from their houses in the southern countryside of Hasakah.

The move comes within the framework of the SDF militia’s continuous crimes against the people in the Syrian Al-Jazira region.

Local sources said that the militia set up checkpoints and closed main roads in Hasakah southern countryside. The militants, with the support of the US occupation forces, stormed Al-Shaddadi city, kidnapped  several young men and took them to unknown destination.

On Thursday, the SDF militia threatened that it will expel all the displaced families, which came from different provinces to the town of Al-Qahtaniyeh in Hasakah, if these families don’t evacuate this area within a week.
