Daraa (ST): News reporter said that the process of settling the status of a number of armed men, wanted men, and those who did not perform the military service, and handing over individual weapons to the Syrian Arab Army started this morning in the town of Muzayrib in the western countryside of Daraa, within the settlement agreement proposed by the state in some areas of the province.
The move comes within the framework of the state’s keenness on establishing security and stability in Daraa province and on encouraging a peaceful solution to maintain the safety of civilians and infrastructure.
Citizens in Muzayrib town expressed their satisfaction over the Syrian Arab Army’s efforts to enhance the town’s security, hoping that stability and normal life will prevail throughout all the towns and villages of Daraa.
“The army has established security and stability in Muzayrib and the process of settling the legal status of the repentant gunmen, wanted people and those who did not do the military service is being carried out successfully,” one of the citizens told SANA, noting that this process paves the way for improving the situation of services in the town, including electricity, water, communications and transportation.
