The play (The Chosen Box) at the end of the children’s festival in Tartus

The children’s festival 2024 concluded its activities at Tartus National Theater with the play (the chosen Box) directed by Hassan Nasr.
The festival started its activities with the theatrical performance (Palestinian sketches) of the Scheherazade dance theater troupe directed by Anas Harfoush, with the participation of 20 young people from the ages of 12 to 17, where they performed dancing to the tunes of Palestinian heritage and national songs, interspersed with dialogues about the Palestinian issue and its existence in the Arab memory.
The director of the National Theater in Tartus , Ghada Issa, pointed out that the performances are held during the mid-term holidays for children to practice their theatrical artistic activity by presenting performances that develop their talent to be a message from the participating child to the watching child to motivate him, while providing theatrical content in a meaningful and understandable form.
“The children of the media” play , directed by Mustafa Salim, and the ” Noor” play , directed by Essam Allam, also participated in the activities of the children’s theater.
