The people of Quneitra and the occupied Golan: the evacuation message continues to preserve Syria and its territorial integrity
On April 18th, the people of Quneitra and the occupied Syrian Golan affirmed their adherence to the values and principles of the great evacuation (Independence Day) and their continuation of the path of struggle and resistance until the liberation of all our occupied lands.
The Command of the Quneitra branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, organized a festival to commemorate the 76th anniversary of Independence Day at the 7th of April theater inBaath city.
The participants in the festival renewed their insistence on following the approach of resisting occupation and defending the land, because this is a national and social legacy that grandchildren inherit from their grandparents in order to preserve Syria’s freedom and unity.
The Governor of Quneitra Abdel Halim Khalil said that the evacuation was the culmination of a stage of the struggle that lasted for more than a quarter of a century against the French colonialists.
In a recorded speech, the dean of the Syrian prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons, the liberated captive Sedqi Suleiman Al-Maqt, stressed that evacuation is a national value that must be preserved and to follow in the footsteps of the men and leaders of evacuation.
In a speech by the National Progressive Front parties, Bassam Zaour, Deputy Secretary of the Arab Democratic Union Party branch in Quneitra, confirmed that the evacuation process will continue and will not stop until the liberation of all our occupied lands.
Sheikh Ahmed Suleiman Marioud, one of the grandsons of the fighter Ahmed Marioud, referred to the heroic epics that our heroic ancestors wrote with blood all the way to the glorious Evacuation Day.
In turn, the Mukhtar of the Golan, Essam Shaalan, pointed out that the memory of the evacuation awakens in us the will to live to liberate the entire occupied Golan.
Sheikh Jawdat Al-Taweel stressed that the people of Quneitra today are more committed to the values of evacuation to complete the liberation of our occupied lands and the return of the Golan to Syrian national sovereignty.
