The Palestinian National Council: We stick to resistance until our rights are restored

On November 28th, the Palestinian National Council reiterated that the Palestinian people will continue to resist until the restoration of all their legitimate and inalienable national rights and the defeat of the Israeli occupation.

“The United Nations must shoulder its responsibilities and implement the resolutions of international legitimacy, foremost of which is the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital,”Wafa news agency quoted the council as saying in a statement on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

The Council called on the parliaments of the world to declare their actual solidarity with the rights of the Palestinian people, to hold the occupation accountable for its continuous crimes against them, and to pressure it to release the prisoners, led by the two prisoners on hunger strike, Hisham Abu Hawash, who has been on strike for 104 days, and Louay Al-Ashkar for 49 days.
