The Palestinian National Council calls for international action to stop the occupation’s massacres

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Palestinian National Council called for international action to stop the Israeli occupation’s massacres against the Palestinian people, and to activate all international legal mechanisms to hold the occupation’s criminals accountable.

The Council referred to the shameful international silence towards these massacres reinforces the occupation’s arrogance.

In a statement today, the Council’s Chairman Rawhi Fattouh condemned the massacres committed by the occupation by bombing a school and tents for the displaced in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, which led to the martyrdom and injury of dozens, and in the areas of Ma’an, Al-Manara and Al-Fakhari neighborhood east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, which resulted in the martyrdom of more than 50 Palestinians, in addition to hundreds of wounded.

Fattouh stressed that what the occupation is doing is genocide and systematic ethnic cleansing against the defenseless people of Gaza Strip, disregarding international conventions and norms and violating human rights, which places the international community before an urgent moral and legal responsibility.
