The Palestinian Foreign Ministry warns of incitement campaigns carried out by the occupation to demonize the Palestinians

The Foreign Ministry said in a statement today, reported by Wafa Agency: “This systematic policy of the occupation began more than 75 years ago to erase the Palestinian presence in its demographic and political sense, and the occupation exploits the support of a number of influential countries in the world as a cover to implement these plans and accelerate their pace in its bloody war on the Gaza Strip in a flagrant violation of the international humanitarian law.”

The Foreign Ministry indicated that while the occupation is committing crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, it is escalating its tormenting measures against the Palestinians in the West Bank, imposing on them a long series of collective punishments and racist measures that completely paralyze their lives, and arresting them en masse in their areas of residence. This is while the Israeli entity provides protection for settlers to attack the Palestinians, in addition to the daily crimes Israel commits during its invasions and stormings of cities, towns and camps. This means that the devastating occupation war on the Gaza Strip coincides with another to deepen the crime of forced displacement in the West Bank and the seizure of more land so as to expand the Israeli settlements.

The Foreign Ministry held the countries that provide support and protection to the occupation fully and directly responsible for the consequences of the Israeli crimes against the Palestinians, warning of the repercussions of that and of the occupation’s persistence in its aggression, to create a new reality on the ground that makes it easier for it to pass its plans to liquidate the Palestinian cause.
