The Only Super-Power

 Once more after the Israeli occupation of our house in Quneitra in 1967; Israel and its proxy and affiliated al-Nusra and al-Qaeda cannibals reoccupy my house in Quneitra. It is but my heritage and soul. However, it is no way better than the smallest and poorest house of a Syrian citizen, living peacefully in his house before the outbreak of the ongoing crisis, mainly caused by foreigners, colonialists, and greedy occupiers.

My steadfast house was built bloc by bloc in implementation for my late father’s will and wish. My late father bitterly cried in 1974 following the hoisting of the Syrian flag in the city of Quneitra by the late great President, Hafez Al-Assad. At the day, my father brought some soil from Quneitra and started crying over them along with my late mother; oh God, it was my life’s  dream to have a piece of land there and rebuild the house, destroyed by the Israeli occupation before its retreat in October war.

The destroyers this time were also the Israelis  bombarding the Syrians and enabling al-Nusra  and al-Qaeda affiliated terrorists to penetrate into the supposed to be disengagement zone! Al-Nusra leader there is, according to eye-witnesses, a non-Syrian of  an Arab nationality! What! Yes, Arabs, unfortunately, have given the Syrians unforgettable lessons in slaughter, rape, treason, occupation, terrorism and extremism.  Do Arabs want this , or is it just enacting the orders of their masters?

The Israeli-backed terrorists are searching for the owner of the house, running after his head! Why? Like all Syrian civilians; at peace with myself I am. What is the guilt of the Syrians as to be slaughtered and have their heads cut off  by terrorists of more than 80 countries? The Syrians are never to surrender their rights, decision nor independence to any super-power. The only super-power for the Syrians is their Army and President, who have been heroically defending them.
