The Israeli occupation forces arrest of a Palestinian in a demonstration in Jerusalem

On May 26th, a Palestinian was arrested and others were injured earlier  as a result of the occupation forces’ suppression of a demonstration denouncing his attempts to displace the people of Batn al-Hawa neighborhood in the town of Silwan in occupied Jerusalem.

On the other hand, a number of paramedics were injured, during the Israeli occupation forces’ incursion into the headquarters of the Palestinian Red Crescent Societyin the town of Tubas in the West Bank.

“The Israeli occupation forces stormed the Society’s   headquarters in Tubas, amid a barrage of poison gas canisters, which led to the injury of a number of paramedicsin an attempt to undermine the paramedics’ role in confronting the occupation,”

WAFA News Agency quoted the as saying in a statement.

 

The occupation forces deliberately target medical personnel to prevent them from fulfilling their humanitarian duty to provide aid and rescue the Palestinian wounded and injured.

In the same context, the Israeli occupation forces arrested three Palestinians in the village of Tawani, east of Yatta, south of Hebron, in the West Bank.

The Coordinator of the Protection and Resilience Committees Fouad Al-Amor told WAFA that the occupation forces stormed the village and raided Palestinian homes and arrested three Palestinians.
