The occupation continues its aggression against Jenin and its camp

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – A Palestinian was injured and others were detained yesterday, as a result of the continuous Israeli occupation aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp in the West Bank for the second day.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation sent more military reinforcements to several neighborhoods in the city and inside the camp in conjunction with intense drone flights and launched massive raids that targeted dozens of homes in the camp amidst gunfire, which led to the injury of a young man, while the occupation forces detained a number of Palestinians, abused them, and ransacked the contents of their homes.

Occupation bulldozers continue to destroy streets and infrastructure, causing a power outage, a stop in communications and the Internet in large areas of the city and the camp, while dozens of homes have been turned into military sites.

The Director of Jenin Hospital, Wissam Bakr clarified that the occupation forces are still besieging the hospital with snipers deployed in places close to it and shooting at its entrance, which has caused a major shortage of medical supplies.

He also said that there is also a severe shortage of water after the destruction of the water line supplying the hospital.

Yesterday, 8 Palestinians were killed by bullets from the occupation forces in Jenin and its camp.
