The NYT reveals that the US occupation deliberately concealed its killing of dozens of civilians in Deir Ezzor

On November 13th, The New York Times revealed that the US occupation army deliberately concealed a crime it committed against civilians in Syria in 2019, which resulted in 64 victims of women and children.

The newspaper reported that two air strikes were carried out by the US Air Force near the village of Al-Baghouz in the Deir ez-Zor countryside on the orders of a secret US special operations unit.

The newspaper noted that it is a “possible war crime.”

The newspaper pointed out that the US Central Command, which oversaw US air operations in Syria, acknowledged the two strikes for the first time during the past few days, claiming that “they are justified.”
