The number of martyrs as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip climbs to 12,300

More than 12,300 Palestinians, including 5000 children, 3,300 women have been martyred since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip on October 7th. The aggression, which has been continues for the 43rd day also left 30,000 injured Palestinians, 75% of whom are children and women.

According to the media office in Gaza, the Israeli occupation has committed more than 1,300 massacres, and the number of missing persons reached more than 6,000, including more than 4,000 children and women. The missing people are either under the rubble or their bodies are lying in the streets and roads and the occupation prevents anyone from reaching them.  The office indicated that 200 doctors, nurses and paramedics, as well as 22 civil defense teams members and 56 journalists were also martyred.

The media office went on to say that 95 government headquarters and 260 schools were destroyed. In addition, 77 mosques were completely destroyed, 165 others were partially destroyed, 3 churches were damaged.

The media office also said that about 60% of the housing units were massively affected by the aggression and 25 hospitals, 52 medical centers and 55 ambulances went out of service.
