On May 21st, the National Earthquake Center announced that two earthquakes measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale were recorded during the past 24 hours.
The center stated that the stations of the National Seismic Monitoring Network recorded only two earthquakes on the Turkish mainland, measuring 3.2 degrees, from yesterday until 8:00 am today.
The center considered that the past 24 hours were the quietest since the date of the earthquake that struck Iskenderun (Alexandretta) on the 6th of last February, and affected several Syrian governorates.
