The National Earthquake Center: 8 weak tremors recorded  in the past 24 hours

Damascus (ST): The National Earthquake Center announced that eight tremors of low intensity were recorded during the past 24 hours.

The Center stated in a statement that the stations of the National Seismic Monitoring Network monitored yesterday evening, until 7:00 am, today an earthquake in the west and northwest of Homs, with a distance of 28 km, and 4 tremors in Iskenderun, and 3 tremors in Turkey.

The Center indicated that all the tremors ranged between magnitude 2.1 and 3.7 on the Richter scale, and at different depths of up to 38 km.
