The National Earthquake Center: 5 tremors monitored during the past 24 hours

Damascus (ST): The National Earthquake Center announced the registration of 5 weak and medium-intensity earthquakes during the past 24 hours.

The Center said in a statement that the stations of the National Seismic Monitoring Network recorded, during the aforementioned period, an earthquake measuring magnitude1.4 in Iskenderuns, two tremors in the Mediterranean, northwest of Lattakia, ranging in intensity between magnitude 1.9 and 2.4, and an earthquake in the Mediterranean west of Lattakia at a magnitude of 2.4 and another quake in Greece with an intensity of magnitude 3.9.
