The national delegation to the committee for discussing the constitution in Geneva: The need to adopt the issue of the return of refugees as an over reaching national principle

During the first day of the meetings of the committee for discussing the constitution in Geneva, the national delegation emphasized the necessity of adopting the issue of the return of refugees as an over reaching  national principle.

The interventions of the members of the national delegation said that some countries should stop politicizing the return of refugees file and invest it to achieve political and economic interests.

The members indicated that the measures taken by the concerned state institutions to facilitate the return of refugees contributed to the return of hundreds of thousands of Syrians to their homes.

The meetings of the fourth round of the small committee emanating from the expanded body to discuss the constitution began on November 30 at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva with the participation of the national delegation and other delegations.
