The National Center for Earthquakes: 12 tremors recorded during the past 24 hours
On April 20th, the National Earthquake Center announced that its monitoring stations recorded 12 tremors, with a magnitude of less than 4.6 on the Richter scale, during the past 24 hours.
The center stated that the recorded tremors occured as follows: 3 tremors in Liwa Iskenderun, ranging in intensity between magnitude 2 and 2.5, and 9 tremors in the Turkish mainland, ranging between magnitude 2.4 and 4.5.
The center indicated that the number of tremors recorded in Syria and Iskenderun decreased during the past 72 hours, compared to the tremors that were concentrated inside Turkey.
