The Lebanese National Resistance announced today that an Israeli drone which violated Lebanese airspace, has been shot down, near the town of Aita Al-Shaab, in southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency quoted the Lebanese National Resistance as saying in a statement that the resistance on Saturday afternoon confronted and shot down an Israeli drone, which violated the Lebanese airspace near the town of Aita al-Shaab. The plane is now under the control of the resistance.
The Lebanese Army Command announced in a statement that “10 air violations were recorded by the Israeli enemy warplanes and reconnaissance aircrafts, during which they carried out sorties over the southern regions and al-Tuffah region.”
The Israeli enemy continues to violate Lebanon’s airspace, territories and territorial waters, disregarding all international norms and laws, especially Resolution 1701.
