The Kremlin expresses concern about the consequences of the Turkish aggression on the settlement of the crisis in Syria

The Kremlin reiterated its “grave concern” about the Turkish regime’s aggression on the Syrian territory and the possibility of affecting the political settlement of the crisis in Syria.

In an interview with the “Russia 1” channel, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskovsaid that the situation in northeastern Syria “is of great concern to the Kremlin”. These incidents may harm the political settlement of the crisis,  Peskov added.

Peskov has recently renewed Moscow’s stance, of underlining the urgency of avoiding any measures that may contradict or hinder the political solution to the crisis in Syria.
