The Israeli enemy intensifies its raids on villages and towns of southern Lebanon

The Israeli enemy air force launched a series of raids on several Lebanese areas, causing material losses to residential buildings and infrastructure.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the enemy air force launched raids on the outskirts of the towns of Saksakieh, Sarafand and the town of Khiyam, and also targeted villages in the Tyre district and Bint Jbeil.

The enemy warplanes launched three raids targeting the Wadi al-Ayoun area between al-Qawzah, Aita al-Shaab and Yater. The Khaizaran area was also subjected to a raid by enemy warplanes.

The enemy air force also targeted the town of Burj al-Shamali with a raid, causing severe damage to a number of homes. Several raids also targeted Bar’asheet, the outskirts of Beit Leef and Ramieh, the area between Kfar Kila and Adaisseh and the outskirts of the town of Hanin.

In addition, dozens of institutions, including the embassies of Norway and Azerbaijan, evacuated a building in central Beirut, after their administrations received three calls from the Israeli entity, according to a Lebanese security source.

The source told Agence France-Presse: “Three calls were received by the building’s management from ‘Israel’ and the calls requested the evacuatation of the building,” adding “given that the calls were made via an application, and the source of their arrival and their seriousness cannot be verified, the building, which includes dozens of offices and companies in downtown Beirut, was evacuated.”
