The International Conference on the Return of Refugees is a message to the countries that conspired against Syria that the whole world will stand by Syria, say the participants in the conference
Damascus, (ST) – The Member of the State Duma, head of the Russian Federal Agency for International Humanitarian Cooperation, Yevgeny Primakov, expressed his optimism about the international conference on the return of refugees, as it will discuss various political and diplomatic issues in addition to economic and social and other issues. He referred that the return of refugees is a set of issues related to, first, the safety of the Syrians, which the Syrian Arab Army and its friends have secured, and secondly, the restoration of the infrastructure.
Primakov said in a statement to SANA today on the sidelines of his participation in the International Conference on the Return of Refugees that a number of Russian humanitarian institutions are carrying out activities on the sidelines of the conference, including providing 76 tons of emergency aid and those related to joints and prosthetic limbs. He continued that, what we are interested in is the return to normal life in Syria and for the Syrians to be able to product again not to depend on aid.
The Cuban Ambassador in Damascus Miguel Porto Parga indicated in a similar statement the need to stop the terrorist war against Syria to facilitate the return of refugees to their country, stressing the need for the return of refugees to help build their country to return to its previous state.
The Cuban ambassador renewed his country’s support for Syria, stressing that the steadfastness of the Syrian and Cuban peoples in the face of unilateral coercive measures and against attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of their countries is a victory for just and humanitarian causes.
The ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Damascus, José Gregorio Biomorgi Musatis, affirmed his country’s support for the conference and for the Syrian people who love their homeland and their confidence that Syria will return to what it was before if not better in the return of Syria better .He denounced the obstruction of the United States of America and European countries in resolving the refugee issue.
Nayef al-Qanis, the ambassador of the Republic of Yemen in Damascus, indicated that the conference is a message to the countries that conspired against Syria and fueled the humanitarian crisis that the whole world will stand by Syria. He stressed that,the Syrians who have defeated terrorism will win the next battle and rebuild their homeland and all refugees will come back to their homeland certainly.
