The international community should put an end to using OPCW as a platform for misinformation about Syria: Slovak website

The Slovak Iskra website has called on the international community to put an end to the US and western countries’ attempts to use the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) as a tool for misinformation and for exerting more pressure on Syria and other independent sovereign states.

According to the website, the West is preparing an aggressive scenario against Syria as it did in Iraq and Libya which were attacked after making false and baseless accusations against them.

The website said that Syria has exposed this aggressive scenario, being prepared through using the OPCW as a platform to pass an aggressive act against the country, and urged the UN member states not to be deceived by the Western policies which are based on aggression and targeting countries that resist the West’s schemes.
