The Higher Committee for Church Affairs calls for a halt to Palestinian blood letting

The Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs in the State of Palestine called on the international community to intervene urgently to stop the daily crimes of the Israeli occupation committed by its forces against the Palestinian people and to provide them with protection.

In a statement reported by Wafa Agency, the committee stated that the Palestinian people, in various cities, villages and camps in the West Bank, are subjected to aggression that targets the lives of their children, as happened yesterday, when the occupation forces assassinated five Palestinians in cold blood.

The committee indicated that the crimes committed by the occupation on a daily basis are not only against the Palestinians, but against the human race as a whole, pointing out that the killings of Palestinians carried out by the occupation forces throughout the Palestinian territory are accompanied by the continued storming of Islamic and Christian sanctities, foremost of which is the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque by settler groups. The committee stressed that it is not permissible to continue the international silence regarding the Israeli crimes.
