The Head of the Supreme Council of the Evangelical Community in Syria and Lebanon, Rev Joseph Kassab congratulated President, Ahmed Al -Sharaa on assuming the presidency of the Syrian Arab Republic

Kassab said in a statement today: With hearts full of hope, we congratulate you on the occasion of assuming the Presidency of the Republic.

Kassab added: we pray that your presidency is a bridge that the country crosses from the narrow crises to the place in which the law is the balance and human dignity is the basis, security and peace are the goal.

Kassab concluded by saying: Let the Lord give you a chance to lead the country to a new era filled with mercy, justice, and peace.
