The Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and All the East condemns the hand of sin and treachery that targeted the Military College in Homs

Beirut (ST): The Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and All the East condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the graduation ceremony of military college officer students in Homs.

The Orthodox Media Center at the Patriarchate said in a statement: “The hand of sin, crime, and treachery extended to Homs yesterday, by targeting the graduation ceremony of military college officer students, and the sinful attack resulted in the rise of dozens of martyrs among the students and their families.”

The statement added: “The soil that was watered by the blood of the martyrs did not ask whether this blood was Muslim or Christian, which confirms the unity of the Syrian people who bear their ordeal of violence, destruction, terrorism, murder, kidnapping, a sinful siege, displacement, a stifling economic crisis, and bloodshed as the price for the bill for trading in “human rights.” which are used according to interests, so their mouths are silent regarding some events and they speak regarding others.”
