The forces of the Kiev regime try to recruit minors as their agents, says Kuznetsova

Moscow, (ST) -The co-chair of the Russian Parliamentary Committee to Investigate Kiev crimes against minors, Anna Kuznetsova, announced that the forces of the Kiev regime are recruiting children to attack the positions of the Russian forces.

“Ukrainian forces are increasingly committing crimes by exploiting children, recruiting minors who are asked to send photos or coordinates to attack Russian positions and civilians, while they are promised money in exchange for information, but then they get nothing.”

Kuznetsova said that recruitment usually takes place through social networks and fighters of the Ukrainian forces use fake accounts. She added that the actions of these forces directly violate Article 38 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child issued by the United Nations, and the US remains the only country that has not ratified it.
