The flower fair embraces the products of beekeepers

The annual flower exhibition in its 42nd session, which is organized by the Ministry of Tourism in cooperation with the Governorate of Damascus, hosts special pavilions for beekeepers’ products and their work requirements in Tishreen Park.

A number of beekeepers indicated that their participation in the exhibition is an opportunity to introduce their products of honey and medicinal materials extracted from beeswax or to which honey and propolis have been added, which are currently in great demand in the market due to the advantages that Syrian honey has due to the diversity of pastures.

The owner of a bee products company, Issam Kallas, described his first participation in the exhibition as being of quality, which is to introduce the company’s products, exchange experiences with other producers, and identify market needs by meeting with visitors to the exhibition directly, explaining that his company focuses on the production of honey and propolis as well as the powders that can be dissolved and used as an antibiotic that raises the body’s immunity.
