The first conference on informatics engineering opens at the Reda Saeed Center in Damascus

Damascus (ST): With the participation of specialized professors and postgraduate students from Syrian universities, the first conference on informatics engineering was launched today, at the Reda Saeed Conference Center at the University of Damascus.

The conference, organized by the Faculty of Informatics Engineering will present refereed research papers for graduate students that pose the most prominent difficulties facing informational scientific research, and provide tested scientific solutions.

In his speech during the opening of the conference, the Dean of the Faculty of Informatics Engineering at Damascus University, Dr. Salah Douji, explained that the conference constitutes a platform for viewing scientific research specialized in informatics and the possibility of publishing them, in addition to providing an opportunity for a meeting between researchers and those interested in this field, and activating academic communication between them.
