The Fiqh Scientific Council: The first day of Eid Al-Adha is Wednesday, June 28

On June 18ththe Fiqh Academic Council at the Ministry of Islamic Trusts announced that the first day of Eid Al-Adha will be Wednesday, June 28, 2023

The Council said in a statement: Tomorrow, Monday, June 19, 2023, is the first day of the month of Zul-Hijjah, and accordingly, Tuesday, June 27, 2023 will be the 9th of Zul-Hijjah, 1444, the day of Arafah.” 

The Council said: “The first day of Eid Al-Adha is Wednesday the June 28, 2023.”
