The Export and Production Support and Development Authority signs a cooperation agreement with the Arab Exporters Union
On January 21, the Syrian Export and Production Support and Development Authority signed a cooperation agreement with the Regional Office of the Arab Exporters and Importers Union in Syria.
The agreement aims to establish direct contacts between Syrian and Arab businessmen in various economic, commercial, industrial and service fields to stimulate inter-trade and open new markets to Syrian products.
The agreement includes encouraging participation in internal and external exhibitions, conferences, seminars and promotional campaigns for export companies, qualifying workers in the field of marketing and export, and arranging direct meetings between Arab businessmen and exporters to introduce national products.
The Syrian Export and Production Support and Development Authority’s Director, Dr. Ibrahim Medah referred to the importance of the agreement in terms of exchanging economic and commercial information and periodic and annual releases related to other international markets and providing possible facilities for Syrian and Arab businessmen delegations to establish direct relations between exporters in the Arab countries.
The Regional Office of the Arab Exporters and Importers Union in Syria’s Director Dr. Hassan Jawad pointed to the regional office’s efforts in developing Arab exports, opening new markets to local production support and development committee, holding exhibitions, economic forums, seminars and training courses and inviting friendly countries to invest in Syria.
