The elimination of a number of leaders of the terrorist organization (ISIS) in the city of Jassim in the countryside of Daraa
On October 17th, the special authorities, in cooperation with civil groups and with the support of the Syrian Arab Army, eliminated a group of leaders of the terrorist organization (ISIS) during its ongoing security operations in Jassim city in Daraa countryside.
A security source said in a statement: “During the follow-up to the security operation and the completion of the combing operations in the city of Jassim, the competent authorities eliminated all members of the terrorist group from the leaders of the organization (ISIS) who were in one of the headquarters.”
The source added: “Among the dead were the terrorist Rami Al-Salakhdi, nicknamed Abu Muawiya Al-Falih, the right-hand arm of the terrorist Abu Abdul Rahman Al-Iraqi, in addition to the terrorist Abu Khaled Al-Idlibi, a terrorist nicknamed Al-Dagher, and others unidentified.”
The source explained that the combing operations resulted in the seizure of a headquarters in which the devices and explosive belts that were used by ISIS terrorists were manufactured, as dozens of devices and explosive belts were found inside.
The source confirmed that combing operations are continuing to cleanse the city from the presence of (ISIS) terrorists, noting that the army units are carrying out focused targets with appropriate fire for the locations and movements of (ISIS) terrorists.
