The Druze of the Golan confirm their belonging to their native Syria

The people of the town of Hader in the Syrian Golan, said: ” We condemn the visit of Druze sheikhs to Occupied Palestine at the invitation of pro-occupation parties,” stressing that “Israel has never been keen on the rights of minorities and it will use the visit to sow division.”

“Israel seeks to use the Druze community to achieve its expansionist interests in southern Syria . We have not forgotten the crimes and violations of the occupation against our people in the Golan, the West Bank and Gaza.” They added.
“We affirm that these sheikhs who visited the occupied interior represent only themselves and that we belong only to the sect of the Syrian people,” they stressed.
