The counselor of the Court of Appeal for Misdemeanors in Daraa shot dead by gunmen in Izraa

Daraa (ST): Judge Munzer Othman Al-Salamat, counselor of the Misdemeanor Appeal Court in Daraa and the judge of the Al-Hirak District Court, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in front of his house in the city of Izraa, in the countryside of Daraa.

A source in the Daraa Police Command stated that unknown persons shot Judge Salamat in front of his house in the city of Izraa in the northeastern countryside of Daraa, seriously wounding him. He was taken to the Izraa National Hospital for first aid, but he died of his wounds.

The source pointed out that Salamat had previously been subjected to burning his private car in front of his house more than a month ago, indicating that the competent authorities are conducting investigations to find out the perpetrators and refer them to the judiciary.
