The Civil campaign to support Palestine: “Caesar Act” comes within the framework of colonial plans

BEIRUT, (ST)_The Civil campaign to support Palestine and the Arab Nations’ causes has denounced the US unilateral and coercive measures against Syria, asserting that the so-called “Caesar Act” comes within the framework of colonial plans and it is doomed to failure.

The campaign said a statement following the meeting of its members in Beirut today that the US Caesar Act targets both Lebanon and Syria and the only way to resolve the economic, social and financial problems of Lebanon is through communicating with Syria.

 

The statement warned against a plot that aims to tighten the grip on the Lebanese people in order to force them to succumb to the US-Zionist dictates .

It called on the Lebanese government to find out all available solution to break the “US Monopoly” for the economic solution in Lebanon and to be open to the nearby Arab countries  and to Iran and Russia and other countries that are not under the control of the US.
