The Cabinet approves a plan to restore services to areas liberated from terrorism in Aleppo and Idlib

The Cabinet has approved a plan to restore services gradually to areas which have been liberated by the Syrian Arab Army from terrorism in the Provinces of Aleppo and Idleb and mobilize the return of their residents to them.

During its weekly session on February 9, chaired by Prime Minister Imad Khamis, the Cabinet called on the ministries concerned to start removing debris, opening roads, assessing the damage caused to the two provinces, and restoring main services according to priorities and possibilities in each area.

The Cabinet also approved the executive program for the Ministry of Health’s plan which focuses on keeping the state support for the health sector and providing the hospitals and health centers with all the necessary drugs and equipment.

The Cabinet agreed to provide incentives that include infrastructure, energy, equipment and production lines for investors within the plan to replace Syrian-made products instead of imported ones in the industrial cities and zones.
