The army establishes control over al-Mallah southern farms in northern Aleppo

 

Provinces – Army and Armed Forces units continued carrying out counter-terrorism operations in Syrian provinces, establishing control over new areas in Aleppo, SANA reported.

Aleppo

Army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, established full control over the southern farms of al-Mallah after military operations against terrorists’ gatherings and dens in the area, according to a military source.

The source added that army units carried out operations against the gatherings and dens of terrorist groups, establishing control over the southern farms of al-Mallah and cutting off Castillo road in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

 

The source pointed out that army units are continuing their operations and now are hunting down the fleeing terrorist groups in the area.

A number of terrorists, most of them are members in the so called “Noureddin al-Zinki”, were killed, others were injured and their ammunition and weapons were destroyed.

Deir Ezzor

Army units foiled an attack by ISIS terrorists on a number of military posts in Deir Ezzor.

The army units clashed with groups of ISIS terrorists who attacked a number of military posts and sites in the vicinity of al-Tharda Mountain, located south of Deir Ezzor, and in al-Jafra village and in the vicinity of Deir Ezzor military airport, field sources said.

The clashes ended with the destruction of several vehicles, some of which equipped with heavy machineguns, and the death of many ISIS terrorists.

Sweida

An army unit, aided by the Syrian air force, targeted fuel tanks and vehicles for ISIS terrorists in the eastern countryside of Sweida.

11 fuel tanks and a vehicle laden with explosive devices were destroyed in the operation. A number of ISIS terrorists were also killed.
