The army eliminates a number of terrorists and injures others in the western countryside of Aleppo

Aleppo-Idlib (ST): Army units operating in the western countryside of Aleppo repelled a terrorist attack launched by terrorist groups spread in the western countryside, killing a number of their members and wounding others.

The Ministry of Defense said in a statement on its website that “units of our armed forces repelled an attack by terrorist groups on our forces last night  on the Basratoun axis in the western countryside of Aleppo, and this morning in the village of Al-Dana near Maarat al-Numan in Idlib countryside.”

The statement added: The army units inflicted a number of deaths and injuries within  the ranks of the terrorists, and managed to withdraw the body of the leader of the attacking terrorist group in Idlib countryside.

On the twenty-fourth of this month, units of our valiant armed forces repelled a major terrorist attack launched by terrorists (Jabhat al-Nusra) on army positions in the Kafr Amma area, east of Atarib, in the western countryside of Aleppo, taking advantage of breakfast time, and eliminated large numbers of them and wounded others.
