The Arab Parliament demands immediate action to stop Israeli crimes in Gaza

The Arab Parliament has called for immediate international action to stop the crimes of genocide committed by the Israeli occupation entity against the people of the Gaza Strip.

During the second plenary session of the fourth session of the third legislative term, which was held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States today, the Arab Parliament approved the adoption of the term “Israeli occupation entity” in its official communications.

The Arab Parliament also awarded the International Medal in the Name of the Arab People to South African President Cyril Ramaphosa in appreciation for his policies in support of Palestine and for his country’s filing of a lawsuit against the Israeli occupation entity.

Members of the Syrian People’s Assembly, Sheikh Jaber Al-Kharfan, Ghada Ibrahim, and Ahmad Saleh Ibrahim, participated in the Arab Parliament meetings.

Ahmad Ibrahim indicated in a statement that the parliamentary sessions addressed many issues, including the genocidal war to which the Palestinian people are being subjected by the occupying entity. More than a hundred days have passed and crimes continue in Gaza, which requires a unified position from the Arab peoples in addition to discussing a funding proposal from the civil society to be placed in the General Secretariat of the Arab Parliament for the sake of dealing with the risks and natural disasters to which the Arab region is exposed.
