The Arab National Congress prepares a humanitarian convoy to break the siege on Gaza Strip

Cairo, (ST) – The Arab National Congress announced the formation of a humanitarian convoy to break the siege imposed on Gaza Strip and to support the relief efforts provided to the Strip.

Member of the General Secretariat of the Arab National Congress and coordinator of the human convoy project, Ahmed Hussein, said in a statement to SANA correspondent in Cairo: The decision to form the humanitarian convoy came within the framework of the decisions of the Congress, its general secretariat and its executive office, in support of the relief efforts to assist the besieged steadfast Gaza, which is being subjected to the crime of genocide..

Hussein stressed that the call to volunteer for the human convoy is addressed to all the free people of the world, its relief organizations, and the nation’s youth, so that the convoy to break the siege imposed on Gaza will be an Arab and international volunteer human convoy that accompanies the entry of humanitarian aid despite the threats of the Zionist occupation entity. He added that the convoy supports relief efforts in Rafah, under supervision and coordination with international relief organizations and relevant Egyptian agencies.

Hussein stressed the importance of working to break the siege imposed on Gaza, and to stop the massacres committed by the Zionist war machine continuously against the Palestinians. He pointed out that the crimes committed against our Arab people in Palestine are a crime of genocide in which major poles in the international community participate in action or silence.
