The Arab League condemns the Israeli occupation’s attempts to expand its aggression on the region

Cairo, (ST) – The Arab League condemned the crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing committed by the Israeli occupation entity against the Palestinian people, and the crimes of aggression on Syrian and Lebanese lands and attempts to expand them in the region, including Iraq, warning that this comprehensive Israeli escalation portends the outbreak of a wide regional war that threatens security and stability in the region.

During a meeting of its Council at the level of permanent representatives in its extraordinary session on “mobilizing international support to confront Israeli measures”, the League’s countries called on the international community, especially the Security Council, to assume its responsibilities and curb the aggressive Israeli policies.
