HASAKA, (ST)- The US occupation forces have brought out 40 tankers of stolen Syrian oil from the oil-rich Syrian city of Rmeilan in the northeastern part of Hasaka province to the Iraqi territories across the al-Waleed illegal crossing, local sources in Remilan told SANA reporter.
The sources added that some armored vehicles that belong to the US occupation as well as a number of guard cars affiliated to the US-backed separatist militia called Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) accompanied the convoy until it reached the crossing.
The American occupation forces, in collusion with the SDF militia, control most of the oil fields in the Syrian al-Jazira region aiming at stealing Syrian oil.
Over the past months, thousands of trucks loaded with weapons as well as military and logistical equipment have entered the vicinity of the oil wells.
