The American occupation base in Konico field targeted with missiles in the countryside of Deir Ezzour

Deir Ezzour (ST) – The US occupation base in Konico gas field in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour was attacked by missiles last night.

Local sources in Deir Ezzour said that an American occupation base in Konico gas field in the eastern countryside was targeted with two rockets. It was not confirmed whether the attack caused injuries or deaths among the occupation forces.

 The sources pointed out that the US occupation forces closed the area immediately, in parallel with flights of the occupation aircrafts in the airspace of the area.

The bases of the American occupation in  Al-Omar oil and Konico gas fields in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour were subjected to several missile attacks during the past month, amid a blackout from the occupation forces over their losses.

The American occupation forces have established bases in several areas in the Syrian Jazeera, especially in the oil and gas fields, to steal their production and smuggle it abroad through convoys of tanks and trucks, in coordination with their mercenaries in the SDF militia.
