The American action against (Ansar Allah) comes in the context of the utter failure of the aggression against Yemen, says Yemeni parties and forces

Sana’a, (ST) – Yemeni parties and forces have strongly condemned the US administration’s decision to classify the “Ansar Allah” movement as a “terrorist organization,” stressing its rejection of any foreign interference in Yemeni affairs.

The Arab Socialist Baath Party in Yemen affirmed in a statement that the American decision indicates the utter failure of the Saudi aggression that the United States has supported against the Yemeni people for more than five years and all forms of international terrorism that it has been practicing to achieve its interests in Yemen.

 The statement considered that the decision is a natural product of the arrogance of the American administration and its aggressive behavior against its people and the peoples of the world, indicating that the American government’s classification of those who contradict it, as terrorists is part of its attempt to dominate the world.

The statement stressed that the real terrorism is the occupation of the lands of others, the displacement of their people, the killing of innocents, the siege of peoples, the plunder of wealth, and the attack on sovereign states, including the aggression against Yemen and its targeting of land and people. The statement stressed its support for the “Ansar Allah” movement in the face of aggression and its colonial plans.

The coalition of Yemeni political parties opposing the aggression said, “This American decision comes in the context of the failure of the American regime in managing the aggression against Yemen and the victories that the Yemenis are controlling,” explaining that the anti-aggression political parties and forces will not stand idly by in the face of such unilateral decisions and will stand with the “Ansar Allah” movement until victory over the aggression is achieved.

The General Secretariat of the Justice and Development Youth Party affirmed that the US administration is the official sponsor of international terrorism through its support for the continuous aggression against the Yemeni people for nearly six years, stressing rejection of any foreign interference in Yemeni affairs.

The Social Nationalist Party stressed that the US administration is falsifying facts and is mainly involved in the aggression against Yemen and a sponsor of Israeli terrorism in the region.

The statement called on the world’s governments, organizations and bodies to stand in the way of America’s policy against Yemen, calling on the United Nations and the UN Security Council to condemn this dangerous American step and protect the Yemeni people from its effects.

Yesterday, American representatives called on the administration of the outgoing President Donald Trump to immediately reverse its procedure of classifying the Yemeni “Ansar Allah” movement as a “terrorist organization”, warning of the worsening of the humanitarian crisis in Yemen as a result of this decision, while United Nations spokesman Stephane Dujarric warned that the decision of the United States could cause grave humanitarian and political repercussions.
