The 1st Winter and Mountain Tourism Forum Kicks off in Latakia

The first Winter and Mountain Tourism Forum was launched today  in the resort of Nesmat Jebel in Qardaha in the presence of Tourism  Minister Mohammed Rami martini and tourism companies, hotels and mountain activities institutions.

The two-day forum aims to promote mountain tourism and develop marketing and media plans to raise awareness of its importance. It also aims to explore ways of cooperating between relevant government institutions, companies, hotels and facilities, to provide integrated offers suited to different segments of society and attract those interested in this type of tourism locally, regionally and internationally.

The forum also includes discussion sessions, workshops, presentations and a field visit to some tourist sites.
